When i was little, mom and dad bought me a lot of fairy tales and I've almost each and every of the tales. I have a liking for fairy tales since I was a little girl. In fairy tales, you meet handsome Prince Charming and he's everything you ever wanted, and everything wished for will be fulfilled. He seemed to know everything a girl wants and wishes for. Speaking of which, does Prince Charming exist or is it time to face the actual world? Hmmm... I love day dreaming and I always believe in the existence of Prince Charming. A guy who loves talking as much as I do and is as loquacious as me. I do not have to worry about talking too much nor being a nuisance. I'd also have someone whom I can confide in this way.

A guy who plans and makes arrangement for outings/excursions/dates and have the idea of what to do in his mind, and bring me out for fun often. :D

A guy who loves to eat, dessert in particular. Preferably someone who brings me to new places scouring for it. Isn't it great to have someone whom you can share sweet stuff with?

#7 Call/text me unexpectedly.

A guy who takes the initiative to send me text messages or call me first. I'd love him to text/call me out of the blue just to ask how my day went.

#8 Buy me nice gifts.

Well, it doesn't have to be something pricey but a guy who at least make the effort to get me a tiny prezzie for special occasions, just to make my day. Things couldn't be better if it comes along with pleasant surprises.

#9 Understand me well.

This would probably be the most essential one. A prince charming would't be charming if he doesn't know exactly what a girl desires for. All the forbearance begins with depth understanding of each other.

A Prince Charming should be someone perfect. The above #1 to #9 should't even be listed as he knows what it takes to be a Prince Charming otherwise the list goes on and on.

Another overdue post.

Mom's celebrated her (not-to-be-revealed)th birthday last month, 27th November. We started the day by shopping in Spore, then dinner in tgif, followed by a stroll in Danga Bay. It was already more than a month ago and i can't really remember the exact details of what took place on that day. I'll just let the photos below do the talking.

Went to Spore again on Christmas, as usual, and check out the instax i got from Abercrombie & Fitch. So hawwttt! I want a bf like him. Fuh. x) Oh wait, too bad he doesn't have 6 packs and it's not defined. xP

Am now anticipating for the new year celeb. Not sure how is it gonna be like, but i'm certain that it's gonna be awesome. Can't wait! :D Till then, enjoy the last few days of 2011 and have a blessed 2012 in advance!

Oh no, wanted to blog weeks ago but failed to do so due to midterms, assignments, presentations, etc, and of course, disinclination too.

As promised, i'm gonna update on my trip to Genting with Wp and here it goes.

Taking the cable car was one terrifying experience, or rather, it's the feeling of being hanged in the middle of the air that's nerve-wracking, along with the Final Destination scenes flashing through my mind. :s We wanted to get the package with outdoor theme park tix but the package ended before 12pm and we arrived Kl central only at 2pm. Hence, we bought only the bus tix and thought of going to the theme park on the second day.
One thing you can't miss in Genting upon reaching the age of majority would be the casino. Haha. We spent 4 hours there on the first day and won Rm 400+ but unfortunately lose some on the next day. Beginners luck, I'd say. Nevertheless, we still won. I didn't expect a visit to the casino could be such a fascinating eye-opener, looking at the amounts of bets they placed, and even witnessed a guy collapsed halfway while gambling. Gosh. I wonder how many days that guy skipped his meal and sleep. And, I have no idea why so many people like to go there so often and so much since the dealers gonna be the ultimate winner. As for me, I never expect anything from gambling and will never despite winning as there's no such thing as easy money.Alright, back to the trip. Initial plan to the theme park did not succeed as it was the monsoon season and it was too chilly plus it's not worth paying for the entrance fee. ): Basically, that's about it, a short and hang loose getaway with my dearest Wp, and we have to visit the theme park again one day! Time to plan for the next trip, dear! (:

10/11/11 was one awesome day for me, as i attended Jy's 21st birthday bash! Had lotsa fun, lotsa good food, great time laughing my head off, and the guys were as mad as the hatter.

Apparently, we had a bbq party and the food was yummy. If i remember correctly, we had mashed potatoes prepared by Swieoon. I gotta admit that it's on a par with KFC's and thumbs up for that. Then we had salads, and normal bbq food such as chicken fillet, wings, breast meat, sausages, meatballs, as well as seafood like fishes and cockles. Everything's well cooked and well organized, and I didn't just eat. I helped too ok. ;)

The night ended as everyone's satisfied that the birthday boy got real drunk and ko-ed. We then headed for the usual after-dinking-supper, then balik and sleep.

Haven't been jogging at the park for quite some time and since that i was not home last weekend, i determined to make the best of the Sunday by making an effort to jog. The weather was killing and hence i dragged and dragged and dragged till 6 something before heading for the park. The sky turned gloomy after not long and i managed to jog for only 40 minutes or so. Despite that, i gotta say that jogging on tarred road is very much different from the treadmill whereby you really have to exert yourself to move ahead rather than just swaying on the machine. Perhaps i shall go to the park more often because i love the great feeling after intense sweat.

Doesn't time pass swiftly? Especially when you're having a whale of your time. But then, we still gonna resign to reality and distinguish fantasy from the real world. The tedious thing to do, which i detest the most would probably be the unpacking part and cleaning up the room that's left unoccupied for weeks. Be that as it may, lifeliness overwhelmed me soon after i met and had dinner with jy and friends.

Class started off well and hope such situation remains. Have i mentioned that i'll only be having classes from Mon till Wed? And my last class on Wed ends at 12pm. In another word, i can now go back on Wed and have super duper looong weekend. AWESOME yeah! xD Btw, lecturer made a few significant remarks which i personally think meaningful. Lines that i could recall are like, 'never keep away from things just because it's difficult' and 'there's nothing to be proud of when you don't know something, but ashamed of it.' Oh ya, before i forget, she wants us to wear formal for her class on every Mon! You think people got so much time to wash and iron the clothes ar?!

The weather now is perfect for a noon nap. I've the propensity to sleep a lot in the noon here, despite having 8 full hours of sleep the night before, and i don't know why. Narcoleptic, maybe?

Neglected this blog for a month as i was up to my neck in preparing for finals. For the past few weeks, time for sleep was completely distorted and hasn't been regulated back yet, even till today.

I've almost gone berserk with the number of cases to memorise and the amount of words to pen down in 3 hours for each paper. Even so, i thank him for being such a great companion to stay up with me, bring me food, feed me well, and amuse me so that i could pull trough. (:

After all the papers, bad things happen, but things got better, huh? I mean yeah, things get much better, and i'm glad that everything's faultlessly fine. (:

It's now time for fun but before that, ample of rest first as my mind, body and soul need to unwind after all the hardship. I think i did well this time, and optimistically, i could score. Guess that's all for now. Need to catch up on my sleep.

Rise and shine.

So August will be coming to an end soon in 2 weeks time, so does my current semester. This month has been a considerably great month for me, so far, taking into account of the manageable subjects i'm having, the improvement of bonds with the others, visiting interesting places and all the fun-filled activities.

Oh ya, before i forget, i'd like to emphasize on the significant of regular workout. It's really a great help to me! Not only as a results of the endorphin released that raise my spirits, but the lean bod i possess as well! I have been hitting the gym pretty hard lately, and even if i don't, i'll still workout somewhere else. Nothing beats the feeling of a good workout after a long day and i simply love it. I hope my determination doesn't stop as in committing to have good bod, perseverance is an invaluable asset and i'm proud to say that #ilovemybody. xD The only difficulty that bothers me now is with my diet, which i'll talk about next time. :s

In my very own fanciful world, i could be a princess.

Is there a period of time where you feel so down as if you're the only one walking down the pitch black street, everyone encircling you is partying so hard without your presence, just as the whole world abandoned you, and life sucks so much, to the max? That's exactly how i feel right now.

Days filled with tears and sorrow, disappointment and terror of apprehension. I hate being clung to my this phase of life where dreary routines are adhered to and makes me feel so utterly lonesome.

An overdue 21st birthday post.

Can you believe that i just turned 21? I nearly can't! At this point of time, i think age is really catching up with me. :s Being a person who has reached the age of majority and legally considered as a full adult, i haven't exactly behaved like one.

As the eldest sibling at home, i ought to be showing good examples to my lil bro and play the role as an older sis well but, i've been behaving like a spoilt brat instead. I am sorry for all the arguments, problems, and difficulty i gave to my family, especially my parents, whom i constantly argue with. Perhaps arguing with parents is practically a hallmark of the teenage years and all these shall come to a halt for a 21-year-young girl like me. Besides, i'm truly apologetic for all the nasty things i've said. Thanks for putting up with my nonsense. Papa mama's lil girl is still trying to get the hang of behaving well and more patience, please. (:

I admit that i haven't been a good friend to all my friends out there. It's not that i mean to be one, but i'm just not good at it. I didn't make the least effort to meet up with old friends and often, i'd rather save the effort to chill at home. Same things happen when i've also been continually turning down my friends and course mates here who ask me out for lunch/dinner. In spite of possessing extrovert personality while hanging out with ppl, i need to improve my communication skills and not take friendships for granted like what i've done for the past 2 decades.

Having lived for 21 years, my love life is definitely a dull one. Then again i'm not gonna make a fuss over it because i'm single and loving it. I might have thought otherwise at first. I admit that i was longing for a relationship and was jealous of ppl who are attached, especially right after the breakup i had. Later i comprehended that i thought that way so that i could put the past relationship behind. Well, you don't need to have so many relationships in life, one is enough if it's truly meant for you. I believe that good things are worth waiting for. Fingers crossed that Prince Charming will arrive one day, bringing me a pair of my fave heels, then i'll slip my feet into it and become a Princess. Lol.

Hey peps!

So it's another brand new month. You know, April has always been one of the most meaningful months to me, especially on the first day of the month itself. Some of you might know why. ;)

Ahead of sharing what happened on April fool this year, i've smtg else to post about. Last weekend, i've just tried a highly anticipated sheet mask dad bought from Hong Kong: My Beauty Diary. I've heard about it from friends, read many favourable reviews, and so on, but have never tried one till recently.

I'd definitely say this is one of my favourite sheet mask in comparison to other sheet masks i've tried so far. I'm just gonna abridge all the descriptions and results etc by just sharing my personal thoughts on it as this is not a commercially oriented post. Why i like it so much are because it's dripping wet when i ripped it open, it has excess essence that i could put on my neck, the fine texture that fits my face perfectly, and the pleasant scent. Apart from that, it has a wide variety that has its benefit to suit my different needs at different time.

Anyway, i can see why is My Beauty Diary so popular and the fact that it's really affordable. This is a Taiwan made product and it's certainly cheaper if you purchase it in Taiwan. I'm not sure about the price there, but it should be around RM2/piece after converting. And and.. Getting it in Hong Kong is also damn cheap. I mean, d.i.r.t.c.h.e.a.p. It's only HK$49, try converting and you'll be astonished, as compared to price you have to pay here. That gives me more reason to get it.

I reckon i have more than enough of it to last me for half a year, by using it on almost every day. (thanks dad for that) I like the Black Pearl Mask best which is also their bestseller, as it leaves my skin plump and moist and visibly radiant.

Oh ya, there's smtg else that i wanna share.

I've been having trouble with dark circles under my eyes since young and they are getting progressively worse during high school, owing to the fact that i've to study till late night. Concealer has always been my best tool to keep them out of sight but i got weary of putting them on each time i step out. In consequence, i decided to invest in eye care products.

The Bio-Essence Sparkling Life Eye Essence is lyk the cheapest one i got more than a year ago, when i was still penniless. Lol. But it still costs more than those normal products like Garnier, etc. I don't see any results from this product and basically, it didn't help at all. After i became 'well-heeled' xD i invested in something more costly. I use Natio Eye Contour Treatment Gel every morning or any time of day because of the refreshing 'wake up' treatment for puffiness and dark circles. As for night time, i use New Peptin Eye Contour Cream which works amazingly, reducing the wrinkles i have at the same time. The only tiny nitpick i have is the non-waterlogged texture as it's cream based. Last but not least, is the Dermaflora Genome Eye Serum which works wonders. It brightens up my eyes instantly and gives me long lasting results. Look, the price increases as the size of the product lessens. But well, you get what you pay for. At least it's worthwhile and i do not have to spend a single second applying concealer now.

Nevertheless, skincare products won't give you results as dramatic as they seem.

Best ways for clear complexion?

Get enough sleep, keep hydrated, eat right, workout regularly, proper daily skincare routine, and most importantly, live life beautifully! #iwannalookgood :)

With January past the mid-mark, i hope it's still not too late.

A typical post to start off in a brand new year will certainly be associated with new year's resolution or stuff like that. This point of time has always been the time for looking back to the past, but most importantly, to look forward to the coming year ahead. Besides, it's also time to reflect on the changes and resolve to follow through on those changes.

I resolute to keep on making resolutions throughout the year in spite of not keeping them over the past decade. In the view of the fact that the older i am, the more anxious i shall get with self improvement and changes in life. Oh man, i'm old! :s Anyway, my new year's resolution for 2011 will focus more on being health conscious. I have faith in myself that the commitment will be fulfilled by the end of this year and you shall be my witness for that.

Last Christmas just marked the final holiday for 2010. Oh well. I’m so lazy that i’ve lost the impetus to blog even just once a month. Many tasks kept me occupied lately, such as school work, assignments, earning extra allowance, and so forth. Not to mention that i am generally out of sorts and have been feeling rather ill for so damn long already. :(

Hello world.

It has been quite some time since i last blogged. But better late than never huh? Well, let’s have a long post here then to recompense for the lack of update.

Many things took place for the past few months. Heart was broke, mind was affected, suffered mentally and physically, seemed like a lost soul in low spirit from loss of hope and courage..

It first began with the four-letter word, l.o.v.e. What exactly are the values of love? It gives you more overwhelming distress compared to an unforgettable tale of joy, thanks to the people i called jerks. Well, i have only myself to blame. I was a dumbo myself to grieve for months for someone beneath contempt. Why the heck do i bother when you don’t even care?

Sometimes, being alone isn’t that bad after all. I have all the time in the world for myself and am uncommitted to anything. In this modern times where a friend or even a stranger is accessible by the click of a mouse, there shouldn’t be a problem to act as a voguish and sophisticated player who can pick up hunks with a rapid wink of the eye. ;) Lol. I was just kidding. xD Still, reality bites.. Singledom has its pitfalls that makes only minority who are single by choice. ‘Where is my Prince Charming?’ has always been my query, which answer will only be obtained after a long time.

Adults used to tell me that all men are created equally when i was a kid. However, i’d consider myself old enough now to answer: No.

Not when some kids were born with a silver spoon in their mouth, while i’m still stuck in this lifeless Malaysia.

As you guys are aware, i’m currently pursuing my law degree in the historical city of Malaysia. It wasn’t much of my own decision though, but i have resolved to do give my best shot since i can’t retreat now. Law has been treating me pretty well, and i’m treating it in a satisfactory way too. Lol. Thank God that i could still score in spite of entering late. Probably due to this little tiny smartness in me? xD Bear with the egoism in me that i use to boost my self-esteem. Hee.

Life here makes me think a lot. The modern day plague that impact us today isn’t any kind of physical diseases but an emotional illness, unhappiness. My current lifestyle is a little repetitive and monotonous in the beginning. How should i put it in words? As far as i can tell, the people there are just different from the friends i have back in JB. It was hard for to to adapt at first when i was suddenly subjected to an unfamiliar way of life, staying away from home on my own. Anyway, i’m slowly meeting more people and at the minimum, i now have people to sit by me at lunch.

I know that i can’t have my bread buttered on both sides but i still believe that every cloud has a silver lining. For the past few months, i learnt to be independent and to spend my life here flying solo due to all the differences compared to high school. I have yet to join more clubs and activities to meet more people and hopefully, will be able to find the right click after some time. For now, i’ll enjoy my very own journey of ‘eat pray love’. :)

And ya.. If somebody ever bad mouth you behind your back, simply because you are BETTER than them and turn a deaf ear to these bunch of ignorant souls. You won't want to condemn people who are more inferior than you right?

the feelings and emotions i have currently is in a whirl. there's time when the rumbling and grumbling come in the past but never expression of worthless and grief to this extend. the prob might lie on the fact that i've not accustomed to the present situation. i applaud those who could move on and leave everything behind so easily. i actually hv a lot of things to blog about but i jz don’t want things to be so unambiguous as it’s filled with intertwined storyline. don’t think complicatedly, i'm only letting out my emotions and those who get it will be able to comprehend.

well, as stated above, i'm sad. presumably still sad even after few days or weeks or months.. why didn’t the fairy-tale or all the only-good-things happen? if only i were given a chance to take over the role of snow white or cinderella, and witness my prince charming appear before me bringing me from the real world to a perfect place without troubles and worries. i could then lead the life i want freely and let the smiles replace all the tears. or maybe i'll be someone awesome achieving my dreams and goals by doing smtg meaningful according to my interest.

Harrloo.

Ths post is kinda behind the actual schedule, but better late than never. I noticed tt I’ve been posting v short and simple post all these while. But right now, in this early morning, I have the sudden urge to be diligent and squeeze the words out of my white matter for a long and lengthy post.

The past 2 weeks were real hectic but awesome at the same time. In a blink of an eye, I’ve turned from daddy’s lil gal to a grown-up. The word ‘teen’ has also permanently removed from my age and dear ee ling, it’s time to stop all the immature crap!

Ok ok. Back to the story.

I always love the first day of april, or shall I say it’s one of my fave days of the year (besides 12/2) and the reason is clear. Thanks to the ppl out there for all the wishes. I certainly had blessed, wonderful, and splendid one.

The very next day after my bday was pc fair. I always hv this v strong affinity with pc fair as I hv nvr failed to be present every year. Though I was there, but I was nvr given the chance to look around. However, This time round was a brand new experience for me. I was a cashier instead of a promoter. Being a cashier, I hv ten over thousand of cash in the pouch around my waist, $$$ swipe cards, and call the bank. You nvr noe how worn out I was till you step into my shoes.

After pc fair, the office was in a MESS. I won’t believe you if you tell me there’s any other office as messy as the one I’m in. I simply can’t stand the sight of it where you could barely walk. That’s one of the reasons why I feel lyk quitting my job.

Very soon after that was the arrival of another pc fair in melaka. The feelings when you know that you’re at some other state for work and not for leisure are diametrically opposed. Things became worse when I fall sick on the second day. picture that I’m alone away from home for work and fall sick.. :(

Finally, here I am after 2 demanding weeks. Sacrifice most of my time on work and didnt hv enuf quality time for myself. when was the last time i looked into the mirror and talk to myself? Time for family eventually reduced as well. Sorry Mr. R. but wat am I to do? This is wat u call working life. So before I officially land my feet into the society and still am a student, I shall be as carefree as ever. And guess wat, today is my last working day!! Wohoo. Miss the life lazing ard at home and idle the day away by complaining bored to mom everyday. well, tt’s all for now till the next update.

here comes the postman delivering my new toy camera aka golden half.this little zebra is more than jz a mere toy.

i just bought this little toy 2 days ago! i came across it recently while browsing through some camera sites. to recap, it's a lomo camera which is half-frame, which means a picture frame is divided into two, therefore i can get two separate shots per exposure. double the amount of pictures with one roll of film! tt means i can snap almost everything i want and at the same time help me save up more developing costs. ya, it's not a digital camera and it uses film. call me outdated and i don care.

it's much smaller and lighter then i thought it would be. unlike holga that is big and bulky. so no doubt i'll carry it with me wherever i go.

my dad went to hong kong yesterday so i drove him to the bus terminal in the early morning around 6.50am. it was still quite dark so i on the lights of course. i've to go to work only at 10am.

so, i went drive back home.

open the gates.

drive into the house.

off the engine.

closed the gates and took forty winks.

WITH the lights turned on.

i woke up again around 8 plus to get ready for work and started traveling at 9.45am.

the car managed to work routinely.

when i arrived, i pressed for the ticket.

drove the car into the car park.

parked the car.

off the engine and went for work

WITH the lights turned on.

-work-eat-shopping-eat-surf the net-

then went back home from work at 7pm after staying in the office for 9 hours.

i went to my car, trying to unlock it with the remote control but failed.

hence, i unlocked it with the key instead.

i was trying to start the engine

BUT

it cant be started at all.

i tried. and tried and tried and tried

and it was a futile effort.

i was freaking out and anxious at the same time.

what should i do? do i leave the car here and take a cab home?

damn.

breath.. eeling. breath..

i decided to call my friend who lives nearby to ask for help.

it was actually the car battery tt went flat because the lights were on from 7am to 7pm.

subsequently, we performed a jump start. (a new word to me)

i've learned from my experience and i shall not allow this to repeat again.

so ppl, always make sure tt yours lights are off before getting ur butts off the driver's seat.

it can clearly be seen tt the frequency of me blogging is extremely low.
i started to create this blog on sept 2006.
it's bout 40 months from sept 2006 to dec 2009
and the average of me blogging is lyk 2.475 posts in a month.
i know,
i'm lazy.

anyway, it's my first day working today and i'm currently sitting in front of the desktop ~~working~~ blogging.
i asked them wat shud i do.
thay said, sit for a while and surf the net first.
so i sat and surfed the net for a while .
a while = more than an hour.
i'm bored!!
i guess this only happen on the first day.

hey.. after being dormant from blogging for soooo many months, i've decided to add an extra post in my blog. the reason of me staying inactive is simple. simply because of studies. and of course, due to pure laziness as well. hmmm.. wat should i blog about? let's begin with my life for the past few months. what i've been doing most of the time was studying. i've no other option since i've been slacking quite a lot last year and in the beginning of this year. many people must have thought that f6 is tough and indeed it's not easy. nevertheless, it can still be coped if you put in enough hard work and effort. i'm kinda regretted for not giving my best since the very beginning. haihz. anyway it’s over edy and i'm done with it. i'm not being full of myself but i'm actually impressed that i could still manage even without going for a single tuition class, and scored better than those who went for it. lol. but i gotta score better and beat more ppl in the whole country to get the university and course that i desire. going for tuition classes is actually very fatiguing and yet again, i'm lazy. hee. sometimes i've been questioning whether have i made the right decision for choosing science stream over art. many ppl in art stream seem to score so well even if they don't really study very very hard. after a second thought, i realized that no doubt i've made the right preference seeing that i'm learning the stuff I’m interested in. in any case, i can always opt for art stream if I want to in university. studying in a co-ed school for the first time after 11 years was totally a brand new experience for me. it's great to be known by almost everyone in sch. lol. besides tt, the new friends there are diff from my old friends. perhaps that's the dissimilarity between typical convent girls and students in neighborhood schools. First of all, i'm glad to meet my old friend aka good friend, pamela, and being in the same class once more after 5 years. then, i get to know a friend whom i get along with very well, wei ping. not forgetting my useless moniter. he said that himself, kumaresh. a guy whom i met by coincidence in form4. i kinda have a high regard for shun qian,the smartest guy in my class. i'm grateful for his assistance as he often helps me when i face intricacy in studies. i've promised you to get 4 flat together ar? i don't think i can la. my math was edy a gone case. hope that i did well for other subjects to back up my math and increase my pointer. i just wanna get into my dream uni. one of the benefits i gain from going for form6 is that i get monthly allowance of 190bucks from the government. it’s not much but it’s an adequate amount for me to buy a pair of new shoes every month. lol.

the letter tt i jz received from jpa last week saying tt i'll be sponsored if i score 3.00 or better for stpm

haven't been blogging for more than a month due to certain reasons tt i should not talk about. although it's only the 4th day of april, it has edy been an interesting yet meaaningful month for me. first and foremost, i hv jz celebrated my 19th bday on april fool. gosh. can't believe tt i'm turning 20 in 12 months time. nevertheless, i still feel as young as ever. :)

went for cicjb 22nd international understanding day yest. i missed convent. the teachers, the hall, the canteen, the food, the toilet, etc. as an ex-interactor, i do not have to spend a single cent on the ticket. on the other hand, i got a free t-shirt designed by the club service director, esther cheng. overall, the iu day was fantastic as usual! convent wat. lol.

i'll be having my 2nd formative test next thurs. only ec has so many formative test.. well, i shouldn't criticize ec or else i'll get a warning letter or be reprimanded or smtg. ec students should noe why. gotta go. will try to spare some time soon to upload the pics and try to blog as much as possible. hopefully.
